The pulse bag filter dust collectors utilize cyclone dust collector to do the pretreatment work separating the dust of bigger than 5 microns from the air flow so as to prevent the big particles from eroding to the bags in the second dust removal which assure the service lives. The air preparatory purified flows into the main unit of the bag dust collector, the dust air filtered by the bags becomes purified are then goes into the clean air room then out. The group dust collectors applies microcomputer automatically controls the pulse and time blowing to achieve ash removal high efficiently and no second dust emission occurs or damages to the filter bags.
